LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms - Optimization tips

We are running LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns for B2B SaaS. Getting clicks but form submission rate is low (around 8%).

What form fields work best? Should I ask for company size, phone number? How many fields is too many?

Keep forms short! We tested and found that 3-4 fields max works best. Name, Email, Company Name is usually enough. Phone number drops conversion by 30%!
